Active Grow lights have been a great all around light. They produce beautiful reds in your lettuce, strawberries and beets. Don't waste your time on long drawn out searches for grow lights on YouTube these 'absolutely' will work for you.

The grow lights are all they are advertised to be. Installation was easy and we starting seeing sprouting very quickly. A much better result than we ever had before.
We were initially confused as to how many LEDs we had received and emailed a query about this; I was expecting a computer based response. Instead, we got a phone call back within 15 minutes and a friendly and knowledgable person carefully explained what we had gotten wrong. This was the best service experience I have ever had.

After buying Amazon grow lights that did absolutely nothing past the germination stage, I found this company. The light I got far exceeded my expectations. My Amazon led grow lights (that were not cheap) promised huge harvests but only delivered leggy veggie sprouts with absolutely no root development. Two weeks under this light and look what I got now! Spending money on stuff that doesn't work is really frustrating. I will be buying more from active grow for sure. This light is amazing!

Nicely made and gets the job done. I've been using this light for several weeks now, raising some brassicas. As you can see in the photo, my plants are doing well. I have the light about 8 above the top of the plants and it's giving adequate light to a shelf that is 2' deep. Being able to start seeds with just two bulbs on, then putting all four bulbs on when the plants need that is a nice feature and saves even more energy. This light fixture doesn't put out much heat. I've measured temperatures in the room and right under the light where my plants sit and I only see an increase of 3 or 4°. I haven't burned any plants with it at all, and I haven't seen any plants on the outside edges bending in search of light. The 4-bulb fixture is great for a 2' deep shelving system. The ability to swap out bulbs for different color spectrums or replace bulbs that fail is what sets this fixture apart and dictates the price. Should the fixture fail prematurely, I will update this review, but if I get several years of use out of it, I'd say it's definitely worth the money. It's also nice that the top is solid as I have plants on the shelf above and drips or spills are inevitable. This fixture can take it, no problem.

I couldn't wait to try these new lights! Time to upgrade my old garden lighting, and I spent a ridiculous amount of time trying to find quality, durability, improved systems, with less heat and weight, and with regard for the plants and the planet as well as my budget.
Double bonus: I was able to find that and more with my purchase from Active Grow. I like that they are a local startup and that they take personal care in the details of each order. I appreciate their efforts in their mission to improve the strength and vigor of our gardens
I also appreciate that my lighting was shipped UPS ground (without incident) as I have received goods which arrived damaged in in the past when ordering online from distant manufacturers.

We were replacing two 2ft fluorescent lamp fixtures with this one and could not be happier with the results.
The old ones were drawing 3amps for the two fixtures and this one is drawing much less current and is brighter as a bonus. No real heat from these lamps though so if you are counting on this fixture to keep the plants warm, you might want to heat them some other way.
Wife is very happy.

I have purchased grow lights directly from Active Grow and have found this organization to be an excellent source for product recommendations with a concern for customer satisfaction from order to final delivery.

Good for starting vegetables. We're eating lettuce that we grew indoors with this light. Our other veggies are off to a good start. We have three daisy-chained together set on one timer. The ability to turn on all or half of the lights gives a little extra control.

Great PAR output measured (as suggested by the chart in the product info.) and grows succulents well. Well packaged for shipment and setup is easy.

Very nice upgrade from fluorescent tomatoes and peppers love it.

Game changer. This light changed everything. My plants look better, growing bigger and better...I can't say enough about how great this fixture has been. Easy to hang-my tropical plant collection is now on another level. Happy to say the least!

This lamp is for real. Everything I've put under it has responded very well. I have brussel sprouts under one now and they are big and beautiful after the first month. Nice big growth, huge leaves and their developing fat sprouts already. Nice grow light indeed.

My plants love the light.

I grow orchids and needed a new light because my old florescent was dying. The T5 HO 4 ft arrived without any problems, was easy to install and works great. My orchids all seem to like the sun white spectrum.

Works very well for the veggies I grow indoors

The fixtures have a quality feel and appearance and the results of the effectiveness of the lighting on my plants was tremendous. Many of us are aware of the complexity in choosing the correct lighting, so I reiterate that good customer service means so much, and with Active Grow that is what you get.

Great light fixture. Bought 4 last year for an indoor grow area. Production was much better than old fluorescent lights.
